Step 1: Preheat the Oven
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
  • Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise.
Step 3: Toss with Olive oil
  • In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil until they are well coated. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 4: Roast the Brussels Sprouts

This dish combines the heat of chili pepper-infused honey with savory barbecue sauce for a delicious and tangy glaze. You can cook it on the grill or in the oven.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chili pepper-infused honey (adjust to your preferred level of spiciness)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for a smoky flavor)
  • Cooking oil for grilling (if grilling)
Step 1: Preheat the Grill


  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375-400°F or 190-200°C).
Step 2: Season the Chicken
